Spiritual Fitness

Good morning legends and happy Monday! In the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Month I wanted to do a quick check in. Because life can be really tough sometimes. It can even begin to feel overwhelming, depending on the severity of the situation(s). And I know it may not always feel like it, but try to remember those feelings are temporary. In this rollercoaster we call life, somedays we’re up and somedays we are down. Somedays we can even be both. For sorrow will always bring joy, and pain will always bring relief. We just have to learn to balance both and buckle up for the ride. Once we learn to weather life’s storms, we begin to fully appreciate its sunshine. So no matter what the circumstance may be today, tomorrow, or the next day. Always remember, “weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”
