Everyone loves Italian food, everyone however doesn’t like to take on on the calories that go hand and hand with some of its more tasty dishes. Try out this vegan take on one the most famous Italian dishes there is, Chicken Parmesan. Now I’m not saying stop eating chicken all together. Just offering you a nice little alternative if you like to keep your home menu fresh.
Boil a pot of water and salt and lemon juice.
Place Cauliflower in pot, boil for 12 mins.
Drain Cauliflower, place on baking sheet, season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Bake at 450 for 25 mins.
Remove from oven, dress with marinara and mozzarella.
Broil for 2 mins.
Add Parmesan and Cilantro.
